A Return request is made only 2 days of receipt of the delivery order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?
When an order is Return it takes about 5-7 days for the product to return to our warehouse. After it is received at the warehouse, the refund is initiated and it takes 3 days to process the same. Once the refund is processed, it might take some time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, please reach out to us with your ARN/RRN numbers and then contact your respective bank. Please note that refunds can only be made to the original mode of payment. It cannot be processed in any other mode.
You will be eligible to get a refund if our examination of the device shows a defect that qualifies the device for return.

After Reaching the Products To Our Warehouse. We Will Dispatch New Product.

Our Delivery Partner Won’t Be Able To Deliver Products At Some Places. At Some Places Our Pick-up Partners Won’t Be Able to pick-up products. In This Situation You have to courier the parcel to our address and we will refund your courier charges.
